Hi Kay, Sweed is a root vegetable, sort of like a carrot, but big and round. If you don't have any, just use turnip or more carrots. Marmite is a yeast product, like a thick spread that tastes kind of meaty. I think sometimes it is called vegemite too. Good luck Love Shell North Wales
