The best recipe (for me)
1 cup of soya milk (or half soya milk, half water)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/4 cup nutrional yeast
salt and pepper (to taste)
(sometimes I add some basil, oregano or parsley flakes)
wisk it all together
Microwave till thickened, whisking a few times in the process
Sometimes I use vegetarian bouilllon extract for extra flavour
