It's me again :) I don't actually have the values for nutritional yeast,but
I would like to remind everyone that cooking nutritional yeast kills it and
all it's vitamins,and,if there are any hard-core fruitarians on,I would like
to inform you that nutritional yeast grows on the blood of trees(molasses)
