Ingredients:
3 cups frozen chopped broccoli 1 onion, chopped
1-2 chopped garlic cloves 1 cup water
1 cup vegetable broth 1/4 tsp salt
2 TBS flour 1 cup skim milk/ lowfat soymilk
1 tsp basil 1/2 tsp parsley
In large pot, bring broth, water, onion, salt, and garlic to boil. Turn to
medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Transfer 2/3 of the soup to a blender
and blend until smooth. Pour back into pot. Combine milk and flour in small
bowl and add to soup.Add basil and parsley. Serve hot.
