All special meals are freshly made, vs. prepared days ahead of time. I
learned that during my 15 years in the travel business. I also learned that
asking for a kosher meal is always the freshest, with the least amount of
fat.
But I despise broccoli, (uncooked) tomatoes and mushrooms, so I always take
something with me, too, because veggie=beans, broccoli or mushrooms in most
people's eyes. <blek>
