Beanut Butter Pie

Here's another yummy one for y'all.

1-1/2 cartons Mori-Nu® lite tofu (extra firm)
1/2 cup Beanut Butter™
1 tablespoon Trutina™ (zero-calorie, natural sweetener)
1 DDC Press ¹n Bake Pie Crust, baked*
Mix tofu, Beanut Butter™ and honey in blender until smooth and creamy. Fill 
pie crust and chill 
Serves 10: 150 calories, 3.5g fat, 21g carbohydrates, 1.5g fiber, 6g soy 
protein, 37mg isoflavones 

(Comment: This soybean beanut butter is really delicious and truly is very 
close in taste to peanut butter, but is lowfat and very healthy)
