Hey, Dixie Diner Fans

tried something today that is so good.... is you like Nutletttes and you like 
Beanut Butter, try these for getting your minimum requirement of whole soy 
isoflavones:
#1-- place daily amount of nutlettes and place on top of cooked oatmeal and 
stir in, add some honey...good! Can add some soy milk to moisten further.
#2, a great snack -- daily amount of nutlettes folded into a reasonable 
amount of Beanut Butter, much more nutlettes than BB, and just keep folding 
in the nutlettes, and you wind up with a "peanutbutterycrunchycrisp" item 
that satisfy's several cravings all at once.
