I usually use red or white wine unless they would change the flavor too
much, and then I might use water or veggie broth or a combination. Be sure
that the saute liquid is hot before adding your vegetables. I've never
used salad dressing to stir fry although I have used fatfree Italian
Dressing as a substitute for oil in salads, such as a cold bean and veggie
salad.
