Holli--A couple of suggestions from an old man. First, Put yourself first
next time. Do as someone in the same issue suggested. Make something really
scrumptious that you like that's vegetarian and either let the rest eat it
or throw some meat into the leftovers and give it to them. Stop taking the
leavings for yourself. Second, try my procrastinator's diet. When I've put
on a couple of extra pounds I go on it. When I'm tempted by
something--chocolate, candy, you name it, I just say "well, not right now.
I'll enjoy it more later." When later comes, I do the same thing. Most of
the time I forget about it then because I've gotten busy doing something
else. It may not work all by itself, but it helps.
