I think I read that the whole flax seed is good for years and years.
I was grinding up about a week's worth and storing in the freezer to
keep nutritional loss down. I added some to my morning cereal.
I quit using the flax seeds as I found my self in the bathroom
4 - 6 times a day and this is inconvenient a lot of the time. I hae
been meaning to try a tiny amount a day and see what happens then
increase it slowly.
I use the flax capsules now and store in the refrigerator.
