Two great veggie/vegan restaurants in MPS are the Birchwood Cafe on 33rd
Avenue and E 25th Street .....and the Good Life Cafe on Grand and 35
St. There is also Mudpie Restaurant....but I have found their entries a
bit heavy for my tastes...
enjoy the splendor of the TC....and if you have time....walk Lake
Calhoun and Lake of the Isles while you are there.....

A family wedding will take us to Minnesota mid-summer, and we wonder if
anyone has suggestions for restaurants where we can find vegetarian,
very low-fat food. We'll be in the St. Paul area for a few days before
we set out to explore other parts of the state. We might be able to
tolerate the prospect of being devoured by mosquitos if we thought we
could at least eat healthily!
