I have made banana ice cream using my Champion Juicer before. It is
soooooooooooo good. All you do is freeze a couple of bananas. I usually
peel them an put them in a baggie. Then adjust your juicer to pasturize and
send the frozen bananas through. It is just like creamy ice cream. You can
also mix a little cocoa in with it for chocolate banana. I had forgotten
about this. I know what I'll be making this weekend!
