I have been making great smoothies each morning for breakfast that really
fill me up. I use fat-free plain yogurt (with some of the liquid drained
from it so it is a little bit thicker), frozen unsweetened strawberries, and
artificial sweetner (I use Equal)... so simple, yet so delicious and the fat
content only comes from the little bit in the strawberries... YUMM!
