Bernadette is correct. Tabbouleh is not a Greek dish. One finds this dish in
Lebanon, and the Middle East. Living in Egypt for a time I saw this item on
the menus there. However, Paula Wolfert has other ideas in her Mediterranean
Grains and Greens on pages 154-5, "Samira's Tabbouleh".
