Here are a couple that I've used:
http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl allows you to type in a food
and search the USDA Database; gives you a complete nutritional rundown. A great
resource.
http://dietwatch.com/ has a diet diary program that lets you keep track of what
you've eaten and analyzes it for protein, carbs, fat, calcium, etc.
