Use this as either a salad dressing or a marinade : Yum!
3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup low sodium tamari soy sauce
1 teas Louisiana hot sauce ( omit if you don't like Hot )
1 Tablespoon grated orange zest (peel)
1 teas grated fresh ginger
In a blender puree ingredients. strain into small Tupperware bowl.
Yield: 1 cup.
