--nutritional yeast (by itself or you can make a vegan cheesy sauce/gravy using it)
--thicken some soup stock w/flour or corn starch to make a gravy (nutritional yeast would be good here, too)
--roasted garlic
--roast some vegies (broccoli, red pepper), grind 'em in blender, pour over potato
