I like some ready made sauces. Usually I just marinate in Yoshida's gourmet
sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds over it before cooking the heck out of
it. (I usually cook it until it is VERY firm. I cut it into thin slices
first.)
A little honey and mustard is nice, more honey than mustard.
BBQ sauce is good for someone who isn't quite ready to give up the old way
of eating...or just wants a "comfort food" taste.
