RE: Is guacamole easy to find?

The store-bought stuff is nasty. Try making your own; it's easy. I mash an avocado, and add various ingredients: some chopped
fresh cilantro, finely chopped onion and tomato, some lime juice. Sometimes some jalapeno pepper.

Just make sure the avocados are ripe.

Subject: Is guacamole easy to find?

Hi! I'm looking for that thick, green stuff that mexican restaurants serve
with many dishes--that's guacamole, right? I've looked for it at the local
grocery store (Wal-Mart) but haven't had much success. Does it come in a
jar or is it like a seasoning mix? Does anyone know the nutritional
content of it? Thank you!
