The best way to make jam, is if possible to pick the fruit yourself or get
it from the supermarket.  Boil the fruit in a saucepan after adding a little
water and let it simmer until soft like normal jam.  Then add the suger
content that you feel neccessary.  You can add as little or as much as you
like.  This jam only  lasts for approximately 3 days as no preservarives are
present.
