1 lb. pasta
4 stalks broccoli, chopped (the pre-chooped, frozen, and bagged version =
also works fine)
2 cups non fat soy milk
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 t. basil
1/2 t. onion powder
1/4 t. black pepper
Cook pasta until tender, then drain. Cook broccoli. Cook remaining =
ingredients on the stove untin mix begins to boil (keep stiring!!). Mix =
pasta, broccoli and cream together. Salt and pepper to taste.
