Ingredients:
- 1 14.5 oz. can kitchen sliced green beans
- 1 T. dijon mustard (dijonnaise also works well, but
it
does contain egg whites, so vegans should stick to
plain
dijon.)
- approx. 1 tsp. lemon & pepper seasoning
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation:
Drain green beans. Dump all ingredients in microwave
safe dish and stir until green beans are coated.
Microwave until hot.
