Only in our dreams.
It's like oatmeal:  people think it is, but it's 8 grams or so of naturally
occurring fat.
Sounds like a nice pudding, IF you want to pig out!

Okay, I hate to be the wet blanket all the time, but I don't think the
following ingredients are fat free:

 4 oz (120g) shelled brazil nuts
 1 oz (30G) blanched almonds
 3 eggs, beaten
 milk

Now, granted, you can use skim milk and a fat free egg substitute, but are
almonds or brazil nuts ever fat free?
