This sounds wonderful...I love bananas.
By the way, I'm curious. I can't have bananas on an empty stomach. If I do,
it will come back up within an hour. I don't have a weak stomach and rarely
ever get sick. Does this happen to anyone else?
If I have it on cereal or eat toast with a banana, I'm fine. Just curious if
someone else knows why. (Oh, I can't just have bananas and milk, either. I
have to have something with bread...yet I can drink smoothies with just
fruit in them, but not just bananas.)
