Hello! The personal concoction for bubbly water--using a soda siphon and
making your own--sounds great. I, too, love "frizzy water"--as it was
called in Italy when I got to visit. I fell in love, and then came back
and am frustrated at the limited supply of the bubbly water that is just
the right amount of bubbly! :) Where can you buy soda siphons? How much
do they generally cost? Thanks!
