For Julie B ---I've struggled with the fat free cookie problem for years,
am no farther along than you are. The best thing I've come up with is
meringues, but they come out either chewy to the point of pulling your
teeth out or so fragile they break into slivers at the first bite. Sure
wish I had an answer!
