It's me in the getting-muggy Chicago 'burbs.
Does anyone know anything about cooking arugula? I am growing it in my
garden and it is awesome in a salad or on a sandwich as a lettuce
replacement. There is so much of it that I want to know if anybody has done
anything worthwhile with it.
