I have this recipe for ff graham crackers. They're not _quite_ like
"store-bought" but they're ok.
Whole wheat pastry flour 2 cups
Applesauce Scant 1/2
Sugar or substitute 1/2 Cup
Ginger (use less if desired) 2 Tbsp.
Cinnamon Pinch
Mix dry ingredients, then add applesauce. Bake at 350 F for
about 20 minutes, in 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pans, so that the layers are about
1/4" thick. Let cool.
Turn oven down to 250 F. Place sheets directly on racks to
dehydrate, since the apple sauce makes them chewy. Takes about 35
minutes for 2 9 x 9 sheets. Let cool again overnight, once crisp, store
in air-tight container.
