I, too, will be traveling in April, but to the
Minneapolis area. Specifically, Eden Prairie and Osseo. Does anyone
know those areas and can recommend or suggest a vegetarian
restaurant/eatery? I'd be happy with one that may also cater to meat
eaters as well but with a selection of meatless entries (vegan preferred).
