Make beans less gassy

When cooking (crockpot, oven or stovetop), cook with a large strip or sheet
of Nori seaweed under the beans. The nori may be left in with the beans as
they cook the whole time and eaten later. It'll mostly disintegrate and is
very nutritious. It won't do much to change the flavor. Cut back or omit the
salt you'd add later on.
I buy it in 2 places; Whole Foods Market in the Japanese Foods Section or the
local Asian Grocery Store.
Be sure and rinse nori off before using. Been doing this for years.
