Hi Deborah,

Try http://groups.yahoo.com/group/vegcrockpotcooks.

This group is aimed at vegetarians, but not ff. You should be able to do 
some easy conversions to ff or vlf. Good luck. Now that it is cooling down 
it sounds like a good idea to drag out the crock pot. Here in Arizona we 
are having a big cooling trend. It is supposed to be 95 today.
