I still am only getting a message or two every week or so. Is everyone
having a slow time on the digest?
My dinner last night was this recipe from "The Convenient Vegetarian" by
Virginia Messina and Kate Shulman. It was sooo easy and a big hit. I heated
it in the microwave and served it with low-fat flour tortillas to roll it in
and topped with more salsa. Yummy!
I made a chopped fruit salad for dessert with 2 red grapefruits, 1 granny
smith apple, and some halved green grapes which I dressed with a tablespoon
of honey and 2 tablespoons of rose water and a sprinkling of cardamom. It
didn't really need the honey so if you don't partake of honey, leave it out
or leave the dressing off the salad entirely, it just tastes very nice with
it!
