Hi Courtney,
I often use a squeeze of lemon juice or splash of vinegar for seasoning
vegetables. My preference is to add the lemon juice or vinegar after the
vegetables are microwaved.
We enjoy trying different vinegars, but our favorites are balsamic, white
vine and red wine vinegar.
