MAPLE BEAN CUSTARD
1 c Cooked white kidney beans
1/2 c Maple syrup
Egg substitute equal to 2 eggs
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/4 c liquid butter buds
1/2 c Raisins
Orange zest - about 1/2 Tablespoon
Combine all ingredients except raisins in a food processor or blender.
Spread raisins evenly among custard cups.
Pour filling over raisins, filling 3/4 full.
Place custard cups in a 9x13 pan filled halfway with water
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Can also be used as a pie filling - Yum !
