Hi, Sheila. I have "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spray." It clearly
advertises zero calories on the front label. Manufacturer is listed as:
Unilever Best-Foods
Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632

btw, the ingredients list water first, but then liquid soybean oil, salt,
sweet cream buttermilk, xantham gum, soy lecithin, ... I don't know how it
can be fat free with ingredients like these, unless it's based on a very
small serving size and the rules for calculating fat per serving. My
understanding (and please correct me if I'm wrong) is a product can be
reported as 0 grams of fat per serving if each serving has no more than 0.5
grams of fat. This product lists 2 serving sizes: 1.25 sprays (?) or 0.25
grams for cooking spray, 5 sprays or 1 gram for topping. fyi, I also use
butter buds on occasion for things like baked potatoes.
