Beans and Prunes

2/3 cup (150ml) Great Northern beans, soaked
1 cup (250ml) prunes, halved, stoned and soaked overnight
salt and pepper
Pinch of sugar
Cook the beans and prunes together in the prune soaking liquid for 1 1/2
hours. Drain. Add salt, pepper and sugar and serve hot.
