Subject: Oat Bran Bread

I made this today in my Wellbilt machine and it's quite good.
Oat Bran Bread
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
1/4 cup steel-cut oats
1 1/2 tsp. Soy Quick
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. wheat germ
1/3 cup molasses
1 cup + 2 tbs. water
3 tbs. applesauce
2 tbs. Sucanat
Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Place all the ingredients
in the machine, program for 3 cups white bread, normal, and press start.
