Raisin Bread (adapted from BREAD MACHINE MAGIC by Linda Rehberg and Lois Conway
)
9 oz. of skim milk
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 T. of gluten flour added to enough unbleached flour to equal 1 1/2 c.
1 t. salt
3 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins (could have used a lot more)
2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t yeast
Place in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer and select Light
Crust.
