Jeanne's 100% Whole Wheat Bread (T)

Add ingredents in the following order:
3 t dried yeast
3 C Whole wheat flour ( I usually use 'Spring Wheat' WW flour )
3 T gluten ( approx - according to kind of whole wheat flour used )
3/4 t salt
1 t sugar
1 3/4 C water
