Sourdough Biscuits
put 1 tbsp vinegar in a glass. pour in enough reconstituted nf dry milk
to make one cup. Nuke in microwave on high for 30 secs. Pout resultant
glop in a big bowl. Add:
2 cups sourdough starter (can be whole wheat starter)
1 tsp baking soda
2 heaping tsps baking powder
4+ cups unbleached flour
Mix, roll out, cut and placed on PAMed cookie sheet. Bake 425 deg. 15
minutes.
