This is a great bread suitable for breakfast, snack, or whenever. It is
good plain and yummy with non-fat yoghurt cheese as a spread.
HONEY BREAD
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups non-fat (or soy) milk
7 cups flour
4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups honey
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together into large bowl. Mix in
sugar, removing lumps. Add honey and milk to dry ingredients; mix till
well blended. Bake in 3 loaf pans at 250 degrees for 2 and 1/4 hours.
Cool. Wrap in paper or plastic wrap and let age 3 days before
cutting.(You can Pam the pans or not as you choose).
The hard part is waiting those 3 days until it ripens. 8:)
