 1 1/2	c	water	warmed
 
 1 JJJ		egg white	whipped
 
  1/2	c	applesauce	
 
 1 JJJ	tsp	vanilla	
 
  1/2	c	raisins	
 
 1 JJJ	c	wheat bran 	unprocessed
 
 1 3/4	c	flour	
 
  1/2	c	sugar or honey	
 
 2 JJJ	tsps	baking powder	
 
 1 JJJ	tsp	cinnamon	
 
  1/2	tsp	baking soda	
 
 
 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a
 mixing b owl, combine water, egg white, applesauce, and vanilla. In
 another mixing bowl, combine rais ins, wheat bran flour, sugar, baking
 powder, cinnamon, and baking soda . Add dry ingredients wi th wet
 ingredients just until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
 Bake 1 hou r depending on pan size.
