Cheesecake Brownies
Here are the recipes I combined for the cheesecake brownies - both of these I
got from this list
Brownies (or you can use you favorite brownie recipe)
1-1/2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 C applesauce
6 egg whites or equivalent
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C + 1 Tbsp cocoa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients & wet ingredients separately - then mix together.
Spray a large pan (9 x 13 or so) and pour mix into it.
Cheesecake mix
3 - 8oz FF cream cheese
3/4 C sugar
3 Eggs (use eggbeaters)
1 Tbsp vanilla
Add on top of brownie mix and run through with a knife to swirl.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done.
