 1 JJJ	lg	onion	chopped fine
 
 2 JJJ	cloves	garlic	crushed
 
 1 JJJ	tbsp	chili powder	
 
 1 JJJ	tbsp	paprika	
 
 1 JJJ	tsp	black pepper	
 
  1/2	tsp	cumin	
 
  1/2	tsp	cinnamon	
 
  1/4	tsp	nutmeg	
 
 20 JJJ	oz can	stewed tomatoes	crushed
 
 2 JJJ	c	water	
 
 1 JJJ	tbsp	red wine vinegar	
 
 1 JJJ	tbsp	honey	
 
 
 Cook onion and garlic until tender.  Stir in chili powder, paprika,
 pepper, cum in, cinnamon, and nutmeg.  Add tomatoes, water, vinegar,
 and honey.  Reduce heat to low.  Simmer 30 minutes, stirring
 occasionally until thickened and flavors are blended. Serve over pasta
