3 Bean Chili
1- 2 Onions chopped
4 or more garlic cloves chopped
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans undrained
1 can black beans undrained
1 can chickpeas/garbazo beans
2 tbsps. ground cumin
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
red pepper sauce
black pepper to taste
Saute onions and garlic fatfree style and add the above. Heat to boil
and then simmer. May be served over rice, with fat free tortillas or
by itself.
Recipe may be doubled. Bon Appetit!
