moo shu vegetables
I like to make a very unauthentic moo shu vegetables:
1 Head of Cabbage Shredded
1 Carrot Shredded
1 Bunch Green onions Cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Can Mushroom Pieces
Plus any other vegetables you might like
1 tsp. Chopped Garlic
1 tsp. Grated Ginger
Teriaki Sauce to taste(I use Kikkoman)
Flour Tortillas
Hoisin Sauce
Saute all the vegetables and garlic and ginger in Teriaki Sauce until
wilted.
Spread some Hoisin sauce on tortilla and top with vegetable mixture roll
and eat.
Caution, have lot's of napkins, this is messy. Not the real thing but
tortillas are a good substitute for the pancakes served at Chinese
Restaurants.
