Here's a great grilled vegetable marinade I recently tried.
It's great with portobellos and just about any other vegetable.
Grand Marnier Marinade
6 Tbls. Grand Marnier (or other orange liquor)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbls. honey
2 tsps. Asian chile sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. finely mince orange zest
1/4 cup very finely minced ginger
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 minced green onions
I got this out of a cookbook called "Hot Barbecue". Definitely not
vegetarian but many great marinades that work well with veggies. Enjoy!
