I sometimes make the following apple snack on weekends...
1 apple cored and diced
1 handful raisins (about 1/8 cup - small hands)
4 ounces nonfat yogurt
cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste
Mix apples and raisin and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg and
mix so that the apples are coated. I purchased some glass custard
cups that I use to cook the mixture in the oven. You will probably
need something that holds at least 12 ounces. I bake on 350 for
approximately 25-30 minutes (until the apples look soft). Mix
the yogurt into the apple/raisin mixture and eat. The mixture is
slightly warm. I guess if you don't like warm yogurt, you can
chill the mixture and eat it cold. Serves 1.
