Guacomole

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked asparagus
2 T. diced chili peppers
2 t. tomato paste
2 t. lemon juice
1 T. chopped onion
3 T. non-fat mayonnaise OR yogurt OR sour cream
1/4 t. cumin
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. white pepper
Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend to
desired consistency. Voila!!!
Serve with fat-free commercial tortilla chips (i.e. "Guilt Free" brand) or
use wherever you would use the fatty stuff!!!
