Adapted from Miyoko Nishimoto's _The Now and Zen Epicure_.
Good dip for artichokes or other vegetables.
Hot and Sweet Curry Sauce
For each serving, mix:
1 1/2 TBS red wine vinegar
1 1/2 TBS honey (more or less to taste)
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp curry powder (I strongly recommend the Punjab variety)
Serve at room temperature.
